Change Requests

Requirements outside the agreed functional scope will be separately assessed, discussed and quoted before implementation.

Support Scope

Implementation includes deployment support, bug rectification and post go live stabilisation. Future enhancements are separately scoped.

Technical Delivery Limitations

Third party system limitations, unsupported integrations or access restrictions may affect requested features. Practical alternatives will be proposed where feasible.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

Strategic ownership transfers upon full payment, excluding licensed third party components. SaaS models remain under FlowLab managed ownership during the active subscription term.
